I am Piero, the coach behind Piero Fitness PT. My role is to give you structure when training has started to feel random. This includes: a clear plan, regular check-ins, honest feedback, and practical support around the habits that shape progress.
Online coaching works best when it still feels personal. That means your programme is matched to your goal, your schedule, your equipment, and your current training confidence. Then, it is reviewed so you know what to keep pushing and what needs adjusting.
